宁夏地区网翅蝗科一新属及一新种(直翅目:蝗总科)

A NEW GENUS AND A NEW SPECIES OF ARCYPTERIDAE FROM NINGXIA (ORTHOPTERA:ACRIDOIDEA)

记述采自宁夏回族自治区网翅蝗科一新属及一新种，即宁夏蝗属Ｎｉｎｇｘｉａｃｒｉｓ新属及腾格里宁夏蝗Ｎｉｎｇｘｉａｃｒｉｓｔｅｎｇｇｅｒｅｎｓｉｓ新种．

A new genus and a new species of grasshoppers from Ningxia were described.Type specimen was deposited in the Institute of Zoology,Shanxi Normal University. 1 Ningxiacris gen nov. Size medium.Fastigium of vertex triangular,interocular distance wider than frontal ridge between antennae about 1 8 times.Foveola quadrilateral,its length longer than width about 2 times.Frontal ridge distinctly concaved under median ocellus.Pronotum constricted in the middle;hind margin protuberance obtuse angular;lateral keels distinct in the whole length,angular concavity in the prozona;the length of metazona longer than prozona about 1 6 times.Elytra developed,reaching beyond the top of hind femur;anterior margin straight,the width of cubital area longer than the width of medial area about 1 47 times.Hind wing light brown,basal part transparent.The tip of lower knee-lobes round.The lower spur of inner side of hind tibia as long as the upper spur.Tympanal organ oval. Type species: Ningxiacris tenggerensis sp nov.. This new genus is allied to Pararcyptera Tarb.and Xinjiangacris Zheng.It differs from both by:1)width of cubital area of elytra longer than the width of medial area about 1 47 times;2) hind wing light brown,basal part transparent.It differs from the latter in:1) lateral keels distinct in the whole length;2) the lower spur of inner side of hind tibia as long as the upper spur. 2 Ningxiacris tenggerensis sp nov.(figs.1～4) Length of body: 18 mm;length of pronotum;3 mm;length of elytra:18 mm;length of hind femur:11 mm.
