闭合性腹部损伤患者的观察及护理

The clinical observation and the nursing measures for the patients with closed damaged abdomen

目的探讨闭合性腹部损伤患者的临床观察及护理措施。方法对19例腹部闭合性损伤患者住院期间的病情观察及护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果经认真细致的观察和精心的护理,18例患者均治愈出院,1例因年老体弱术后并发肺部感染,经选用敏感抗生素治疗后恢复,其他均无并发症。结论闭合性腹部损伤患者病情复杂,变化快,严密观察病情和准确记录生命体征变化,有利于早期诊断内脏损伤采取积极有效的治疗和护理,是抢救严重闭合性腹部损伤患者成功的关键。

Objective To approach the clinical observation and the nursing measures for the patients with closed damaged abdomen.Methods Reviewly analyze and add up the 19 patients with closed damaged abdomen about the obwervation and nursing method in hospital. Results After the careful observation and nursing, 18 patients were cured out and one of them affected with lungs, finally he was cured out through the sensitive antibiotic treatment. Conclusion The condition for the patients with closed damaged abdomen is complicated and changes quickly, to observe the condition and to punctually record the life symptom changes is advantageous in the early diagnosis of the internal organs damage. It is key to rescue the seriious patients with closed damaged abdomen with the effective treatment and nursing.
