韩国国有商业银行民营化的进程及启示

The Course and Enlightenment on the Privatization of State-owned Commercial Bank of Korea

本文分析认为韩国国有商业银行的民营化大致经历了大型商业银行的民营化、专业银行的民营化、亚洲金融危机时期的先国有化后民营化以及借助外资力量进行民营化几个阶段。它给我们的启示是实体经济的发展需要金融深化;政府需要积极参与和引导;产权私有化不等于经营自主化;借助外资加速民营化的进程。

The privatization of state-owned commercial bank of Korea go through four phase include largescale commercial bank, special bank, the privatization after the nationalization during the financial crisis of Asia and privatizing in virtue of foreign capital . It give us some enlightenment, such as the development of the real economy require the financial deepening, government need participation and leading , the privatization of property right is unequal to the liberalization of the management and accelerating the course of the privatization in virtue of foreign capital .
