Optimize the Synthesis Craft of N-phenylmaleimide by Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 以马来酸酐与苯胺为原料,在有机碱催化条件下合成N-苯基马来酰亚胺。利用正交设计讨论了不同工艺参数对反应结果的影响,并得出最佳工艺条件。实验得出的最佳条件是:反应温度55℃,时间3 h,催化剂、乙酸酐、阻聚剂和溶剂对苯胺的体积比分别为0.7、1.75、0.04和5,产物收率达90.7%。 N-phenylmaleimide were prepared by maleic anhydride and aniline with the organic base used as catalyst. The effects of various technical parameters on the synthesis yield of N-phenylmaleimide products were investigated and the optimum processing conditions were found in orthogonal experiments. That was: reaction temperature was 55 ℃; reaction time was 3 h; catalyst dosage was 0.7 mL/mL (aniline); acetic anhydride dosage was 1.75 mL/mL (aniline); polymerization retarder dosage was 0.04 mL/mL (aniline); solvent dosage was 5 mL/mL (aniline). Under the conditions product yield was 90.7 %.
