氢化物发生原子吸收法测定食盐中的汞

摘要 文章提出了一种食盐中微量汞新的检测方法,实验证明该方法能满足实际测试工作要求。食盐经过HNO3-H2O2消化后,在NaBH4—酸性体系中,采用氢化物发生原子吸收法测定样品中的汞。测定的线性范围0ng/10mL^60ng/10mL,线性相关系数r=0.999x,检出限为0.52ng/mL,可检出0.01mg/kg的汞含量,回收率达99%~105%。 A new method is proposed for determination of trace hydrargyrum in edible salt. It can meet the needs of practical analysis. Salt samples were counteracted first by nitric acide - hydrogen peroxide, the hydragyrum in salt was determined by hydride generation - atomic absorption spectrometer in sodium borohydride - acid systems. There is a linear relationship between absorbency and Hg concentration in the range of 0ng/10mL -60ng/10mL with correlation coefficient 0. 999x, the detection limits is 0.52ng/mL,for salt sample is 0.01mg/kg. The recovery of 99% -105% for Hg was obtained.
