摘要
本文综述作者在长脉冲高效率HPM源新技术方面的研究成果。对强流相对论电子学的若干前沿领域进行了分析与评述,研究腔振荡器的主从锁相、互耦振荡器的等同锁相以及环形串接互耦振荡器、中心联结网状互耦振荡器的等同锁相的原理与方法,分析毫米波虚阴极器件的主从锁相与等同锁相,所进行的数值计算与分析相当吻合;研究一种新型的长脉冲空心阴极等离子体电子枪及其特性,该电子枪可产生长脉冲(》1μs)高电流密度(≥50A/cm2)电子注;分析一类新型的长脉冲、高效率HPM源──等离子体辅助慢波振荡器的作用机理,关键技术及其实现途径,它不需外加磁场,具有长脉冲(》1μs)高效率(15%~25%)和高平均功率(>1kW)的能力。
An overview of the achievements by the authors is presented on the topics of the long pulse,high efficiency HPM sources. The overview and analysis of several frontier fields on intense current electronics are also given. Several kinds of phase locking,such as the cases driven by external signal,mutual drive in the two oscillators,serial connection oscillators and central connection oscillators are studied. The phase locking of external drive case and mutual drive in the two oscillators of the millimeter wave vircators are analyzed and the results of numerical simulations are in good agreement with those of analysis. The properties of hollow cathode plasma electron gun are studied,which can generate long pulse (》1μs),high current density (》50A/cm2) electron beam. The interaction principle and key technology of a new kind long pulse,high efficiency HPM source-plasma assisted slow wave oscillator, which do not need external magnetic field,are studied.
