Design of Wide Band Frequency Synthesizer Based on ADF4360-7

介绍了一种采用锁相环技术(PLL)产生高稳定度正弦信号的宽频带频率合成器方案,在该系统中采用锁相环频率合成器芯片ADF4360-7设计锁相环电路。简要分析了该芯片的工作原理,并给出了频率合成器的电路参数。通过该系统实现的宽频带本振信号的输出频率范围达到500 MHz～1 GHz。

A design scheme of wide band frequency synthesizer based on phase-locked loop （ PLL ）, which can produce high quality sinusoidal signal, is described. The PLL frequency synthesizer chip ADF4360-7 is used to design the phase-locked loop circuit in this system. The principle and configuration of ADF4360-7 is introduced briefly and the circuit parameters of the frequency synthesizer are given. This kind of local Oscillator of wideband signal allows a frequency range of 500 MHz - 1 GHz.
