摘要
本文应用火花电阻公式和巴邢定理计算了由高压亚纳秒脉冲放电管产生的输出脉冲参量(脉冲幅值、脉冲前沿、脉冲宽度)与放电管结构参量(管内气压、电极间距)的关系,并讨论了亚纳秒脉冲放电的过程。计算与实验的一致性表明了该计算方法是可行的。
By using spark resistance formula and the Paschen law,the relations between output pulse parameters (the amplitude, risetime and half-width of the pulse) generated by high voltage subnanosecond pulse discharge tube and its structure parameters (the gas pressure and the distance of gap) are calculated, and the pulse discharge process in subnanosecond is discussed. The agreement of calculated results with the experiments results shows the validity of the present method.
