The Research of Coating Process and Behavior of Cu Film on Ferrite

本文对在铁氧体材料上镀铜厚膜工艺及其性能进行了研究，通过研究找出了在铁氧体材料上镀铜厚膜的工艺条件与膜的性能的关系，从而确定出在铁氧体材料上镀铜厚膜的最佳工艺条件。在铁氧体材料上镀铜厚膜是一个新工艺，它对提高铁氧体移相器的性能将起到促进作用，对铁氧体移相器的加工技术将产生巨大变革。本论文实验采用了磁控溅射的方法来制作铜厚膜，独立地改变实验参数，得出了随各种实验参数变化的实验曲线。

The coating process and behavior of Cu thick film on ferrite is researched. The relation between the coating condition of Cu thick film on ferrite and the behavior of film is founded. Coating Cu thick film on ferrite is a new process,it will improve the behavior of the ferrite phase-changed device.
