摘要
对铁氧体工艺沉渣的微波吸收特性进行了研究,考察了中和法含各种单一重金属离子铁氧体的微波吸收情况,表明ZnFe_2O_4对于9.48GHz微波具有理想的吸收效果,同时与草酸盐共沉淀铁氧体微粉的微波吸收情况进行了对比。用其它重金属高子取代ZnFe_2O_4中的部分Zn^(2+)使微波吸收效果降低。
The absorption of microwave properties of ferrite sediment is studied in this paper. For ferrite containing a variety of single heavy metals, the result indicated fhat ZnFe_2O_4 shows an optimum absorption at 9. 48GHz. The comparison of absorption properties was made between fine ferrite powder obtained from oxalate coprecipitation and that obtained from neutralization coprecipitation. Substitution of other heavy metals for part Zn2+ in ZnFe2O4 decrease the absorptivity.
