摘要
通过利用超临界流体干燥法(SCFD)成功地合成出了六角片状钡铁氧体超细粉末。主要考察了Fe/Ba比、焙烧温度、气氛、外加磁场以及Co、Ti掺杂对粉末磁性能的影响。实验结果表明,利用SCFD法所得粉末能在较低的温度下晶化完全,且得到粉末的磁性能更接近于理论值。内禀矫顽为Hc达493.4kA/m,比饱和磁化强度达6lA·m^2/kg。另外,Co、Ti的掺杂能适当地调节钡铁氧体的内禀矫顽力。
The hexagonal platelet BaFe12O19 ultrafine powder was systhesized using supercritical fluid drying (SCFD) method. The influences of the Fe/Ba ratioes, calcination temperature, atmosphere, magnetic field, and the contents of Co and Ti on the magnetic properties of Powder were investigated. The results indicated that the BaFe12O19 ultrafine powder can be well crystallized at relatively low temperature, and the magnetic properties approach to the theoretical values. The coercivity and specific saturation magnetization is up to 493. 4 kA/m and 61 A .m^2/kg,respectively. Besides,the addition of Co,Ti can adjust the magnetic properties.
