摘要
研究了干法生产永磁铁氧体中粉料平均粒度与磁特性之间的关系。结果表明,对各向同性材料,在一定位度范围内,颗粒平均粒度对磁性能影响不大,但平均位度越小,产品收缩率越大;对各向异性材料,粉料平均粒度越小,产品的磁性能越好。
In the present work, the relation between average particle size and magnetic characteristics of hard ferrite Powder is investigated. The results indicate that,in dry isotropic ferrite production, little change in magnetic properties is found in a certain scope of average particle size, but the smal1er the average partic1e size is,the larger shrinkage will be,and in dry anisotropic ferrite production, the smaller the average particle size is, the better magnetic properties will be.
