摘要 针对传统封闭技术及设施、装置的不足和煤矿火区安全封闭的需求,基于压力自动控制原理,研制出一种能自动充气进行封闭火区的装备,并进行了煤矿井下的现场测试.结果表明:对于断面为5.66 m^2的非规则粗糙壁面巷道,气囊自动充气封闭的时间仅为12-13 min,比常规密闭的施工时间短;采用褶皱和裙边结构,气囊漏风率仅为5%左右,具有良好的封闭效果.气囊的充气封闭过程实现了自动化、无人化,对具有爆炸危险的井下水水区进行封闭时,可防止密闭施工过程中发生人员伤亡. A new inflatable device based on the automatic control principle of pressure was developed to overcome shortcomings in traditional sealing technologies and to meet the needs of sealing fire areas safely. This device was tested in the roadway of a coal mine. The results show that for an irregular and rough-wall roadway of 5.66 m^2 in area, it only takes 12 - 13 minutes to set up the inflatable device, which is less time than required for setting up conventional sealing devices. The air leakage rate is only about 5% due to the use of a corrugation and skirt type structure in the device. This indicates a good sealing effect. The inflatable device can be automatically inflated without manual operation. This helps to prevent casualty in the process of sealing an underground fire area with gas-explosion potential.
