摘要
针对数字散斑相关变形量测应用推广的关键技术问题,自行研制了数字散斑相关变形量测实用软件系统,该系统由图像分析程序PhotoInfor和结果后处理程序PostViewer两大部分组成.PhotoInfor主要通过数字图像相关分析获得观测目标的位移与应变,PostViewer则主要针对PhotoInfor分析结果,进行位移矢量、等值线、云图等可视化分析,以及用于定量分析的数据提取和多种格式的图形批量输出等.利用此软件分析了混凝土材料表面位移矢量与应变场分布.结果表明,混凝土试件在峰值压力前,主要表现为整体压缩,并出现细小裂纹,而在峰值压力后,裂纹逐步扩展为裂隙,局部化特征明显,随着轴向压缩的增加,裂缝两侧位移呈线性增长.
A powerful software package to implement a digital speckle correlation method (DSCM) was developed. The software package consists of the image analysis program PhotoInfor and the data post processing program PostViewer. The program PhotoInfor is used to obtain the displacement and strain of the observed surface. The program PostViewer can then draw graphs of displacement vectors, contour lines and contour maps, and extract data for specified points and output graphics in batches. The distribution of displacement vectors and the strain field on a concrete surface were obtained. The results show that the concrete deform- ation has a characteristic global compression with some small cracking before the peak pressure. After peak pressure the small cracks become fractures and linear deformation on the fracture borders increases with increasing axial compression.
