钢丝绳捻向对衬垫摩擦学性能的影响研究 被引量:10

摘要 在SC型摩擦衬垫实验机上对不同捻制方向的钢丝绳和GM-3摩擦衬垫进行了摩擦磨损试验,利用扫描电子显微镜对其磨损机理进行了分析.结果表明:干摩擦条件下,钢丝绳捻向对摩擦衬垫的摩擦学性能影响更为显著,此时同向捻钢丝绳的摩擦因数较交互捻钢丝绳高100%,脂润滑时高20%-40%.干摩擦条件下钢丝绳为同向捻和交互捻时衬垫材料的主要磨损形式均为黏着磨损、疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损共存,但同向捻钢丝绳对衬垫的磨损程度更为严重;脂润滑时交互捻与同向捻钢丝绳磨损形式均以黏着磨损和疲劳磨损为主. The friction and wear experiments of wire ropes with different lay direction and GM-3 linings were completed on a SC friction lining tester. The wear mechanism of linings was investigated using a scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the effect of the lay direction of wire rope on tribological properties of lining is remarkable under dry friction condition. Comparing with the ordinary lay wire rope, the friction coefficient of wire rope with same lay direction is increased by 100% under dry friction condition, and by 20%-40% under grease lubrication condition. The main wear of linings with different lay direction is adhesive wear and fatigue wear as well as abrasive wear under dry friction condition, but the wear degree is more severe for wire rope with same lay direction. The adhesive and fatigue wear of linings were main wear mode in grease lubrication condition.
