降低牛鞭效应的信息生态链管理模式及对策研究

Research on Information Ecology Chain Management Mode & Strategy of Reducing Bullwhip Effect in Supply Chain

基于生态学管理理念,依据系统的整体思想,从信息生态链管理的概念和方法出发构建了降低牛鞭效应的信息生态链管理的概念模式、动力模式和环境模式。基于这三种模式,提出了降低牛鞭效应的相应对策,即在不同结点企业之间分配有用信息、订立信息共享协议和建立信息共享联盟,期望能为相关供应链决策部门提供一定的理论依据和决策参考。

Based on ecology management theory, according to system entirety thought, from the beginning of concepts and methods of information ecology chain management, the information ecology chain management mode of reducing bullwhip effect is constructed, including concept mode, dynamic mode and environment mode. Based on the three modes, the relevant strategies of reducing bullwhip effect are proposed, including allotting useful information, formulating information sharing agreement and building information sharing align- ment among different pointed enterprises. It is hoped to provide theory evidences and decision references for the related decision deprtments of supply chain.
