摘要
本文从公众满意度角度分析电子政务信息服务中出现的问题,使用调查问卷对保定市电子政务进行比较全面的调查,运用CCSI模型对实证中保定市电子政务信息服务问题进行分析,并通过模糊综合评价法对保定市电子政务信息服务公众满意度进行计算。在此基础上提出我国电子政务信息服务的改进原则与措施。
This paper mainly analyzes the problem of Chinese e-government information service from the view of public satisfaction. Through the case study of e - Govermnent of Baoding City, the paper makes a survey of e - Government information service for Baoding citizens, and also uses the model of CCSI to analyze the problem of Baoding's government information service. Meanwhile, the paper computates the degree of public satisfaction of Baoding's e - Govemment information service based on the fuzzy judgment method.In addition,on the basis of the above analysis the paper proposes fundamental and method for improving the information services.
