摘要
引入人才租赁机制是高校图书馆用人制度改革发展的趋势之一。本文通过对人才租赁的内涵、特征、方式等方面作了阐述,并提出了在高校图书馆实行人才租赁制度的可行性,以及引入人才租赁用人机制时应注意的问题。
Introducing the tenancy mechanism of talents is one of trends of the personnel system reform of the university hbraries. The paper mainly talked about some aspects of the tenancy mechanism of talents such as meaning, character, mode and so on. In addition, it also analysed the feasibilities of the tenancy mechanism of talents as well as the questions caused by introducing the tenancy mechanism of talents.
