数字图书馆信息资源建设中著作权问题的思考

随着科学技术的飞速发展,网络时代的到来对传统图书馆发展模式提出了新的挑战,图书馆只有融入高速信息网络,变成数字图书馆,才有广阔的前景,这也是未来图书馆的发展方向。而在数字图书馆的建设过程中涉及众多的知识产权问题,其中最突出的是数字化信息资源的著作权保护问题。我们必须加强信息资源的保护,完善数字环境下的著作权法和知识产权保护法,在不侵犯作品知识产权的前提下,尽可能地为读者提供数字化信息资源。

With the rapid development of science and technology, digital library has become an inevitable tendency as the intemet age. However, many legal problems on copyright protection were encountered during the period of digital library construction. The key problem is the copyright of digital information resource. More attention should be paid to the protect of information resources, perfection of the copyright law and intellectual property law, balance.able way by which the library can serve readers as well as possible while not violating the intellectual property right of the works.
