摘要
柔性管理是一种新的管理理念,文章分析了图书馆实施柔性管理的必要性,论证了实施柔性管理的策略,指出了实施性柔性管理应注意的问题。
Flexible management is a new managing concept. The article analyzed the necessity of applying the flexible management in library, discussed the strategy on how to implement flexible management and pointed out several questions which shall be noticed when implementing flexible management.
