随着网络技术和信息技术的大力发展,图书馆的管理手段也实现了自动化和网络化,管理内容逐渐实现标准化和规范化。图书馆单一的文献资源变成多载体、多语种、多形式的,拥有和存取并重的信息资源。图书馆的发展模式由单一走向多层次、复合型结构,这就要求图书馆信息服务方式也要与时俱进,不能停留在传统的基础性信息服务方式上。民族院校图书馆具应立足于为各民族的繁荣、进步服务,根据民族院校所处西北地域的人文特点、学校的专业优势、学科特点等集中力量建设具有民族和学科特色的信息资源体系,以满足广大师生多元化的信息需求。

Based on humanistic characteristics of northwest region, the professional advantages of university and subject characteristics, the development of library of ethnic universities and colleges should stand on serving for prosperity of all nations, construct information resources system full of national and subject characteristics to meet with diversification of information request for teachers and students.
