谈谈文献主题标引中常见的问题及其对策

Discussion on the Common Problems and Countermeasures of Document Subject Indexing

文章首先分析了图书馆在文献主题标引工作中存在的问题。认为滥用CIP数据标引,不规范选取自由词进行标引,以自取词进行标引,不使用文内关键词标引,以及错误的主题分析等标引现象是标引工作出现误差的主要原因。文章随后给出了解决这些问题的办法。

This article first analyzed the common problems existing in document subject indexing in library. It was believed that the abuse of CIP data indexing, to choose nonstandard words indexing, to choose free word indexing, not using the text key worth indexing and wrongly theme analysis indexing were the main causes of errors in indexing work. This article then put forward the solutions to these problems.
