摘要 采用气浮-水解酸化-UBF-SBR工艺处理某制药公司的硫酸卷曲霉素生产废水,根据废水性质对工艺参数和运行条件进行了试验优化选择.在进水COD浓度6000-20000mg/L、SS浓度2000-5000mg/L,BOD5:COD=0.25~0.4的条件下,该工艺出水水质能够达到COD〈300mg/L、BOD5〈50mg/L、NH3-N〈20mg/L,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)生物制药行业二级要求. The wastewater process constituted with air floating-hydrolytic acidification-upflow blanket filter-sequencing batch reactor unit was used in treatment of capreomycin sulfate wastewater from a pharmaceutical company. The results showed that under conditions of the concentrations of COD and SS in the inflow varying from 6 000 to 20 000 mg/L and 2 000 to 5 000 mg/L respectively, and ratio of BOD5 :COD from 0.25 to 0.4, the concentrations of COD, BOD5 and NH3 - N in the outflow were less than 300 mg/L, 50 mg/L, and 20 mg/L respectively, which satisfied the regulations of the Synthesized Standard for Sewage Discharge of the People's Republic of China.
