摘要
目的探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤(CJLM)对焦虑模型大鼠分子生物学指标的影响及其作用机制。方法Vogel冲突实验建立大鼠焦虑模型,连续给药10d,观察CJLM对模型大鼠舔水次数、脑指数、血单胺氧化酶(MAO)活力及脑组织单胺类递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响结果CJLM明显降低焦虑模型大鼠舔水次数,降低脑指数,增加血MAO活力,降低模型大鼠脑组织5-HT,且呈现剂量和药效作用的反线性关系。对NE和DA作用不明显。结论CJLM能降低舔水次数,可能系镇静安神作用的体现,CJLM可能通过影响MAO活力和单胺类神经递质改善焦虑情绪,同时起到镇静安神的作用。
Objective To observe the influence of Longgu Mull Decoction (LMD) with Chaihu added on molecular biology target in rat model of anxiety and to explore the mechanism. Methods The anxiety model of rats was established with Vogel conflict experiment. After treatment for 10 continuous days, the effects of LMD with Chaihu added on times of licking water, the brain index, the blood monoamine oxidase (MAO) activity and cerebral nomoamine transmitters of NE, DA and 5 -TH in anxiety model rat were observed. Results LMD with Chaihu added can reduce the times of licking water and the brain index, decrease cerebral 5 - TH in a manner of reverse linear relationship between the dose and effect. At the same time, LMD with Chaihu added can increase blood MAO activity. However, it had no obvious influences on NE and DA. Conclusion LMD with Chaihu added can reduce the times of licking water, which maybe the embodiment of calming the nerves, and its effect on reliving anxiety and calming the nerves may be through affecting MAO activity and monoamine transmitters.
