摘要
为改善某轧钢厂主减速机的工况和提高其生产率,试图通过在减速机的润滑油中加入添加剂来实现。如何评价在润滑油中加入添加剂后对减速机运行状况的影响及影响程度是需要解决的问题。根据振动时域信号可以反映机械设备最原始的工作状态的特点,通过对轧钢机主减速机振动时域信号的采集,利用振动信号幅值域多参数法,通过试验对比了轧机主减速机润滑油中加入添加剂前后减速机的振动情况,反映设备的运行工况。试验结果表明,该方法可以从定量上对减速机的润滑油中加入添加剂的运行情况做出有效评估。
In order to improve the working condition of a rolling mill′s main gearbox and to raise the productivity, some additives were doped into the luboil of the main gearbox. An experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of the luboil additive on the gearbox vibration. The vibration signal of the gearbox was acquired and analyzed in the amplitude domain. The feature parameters of the vibration amplitude were compared before and after the luboil additive was doped. The result shows that the vibration test method could quantitatively appraise the working condition of the main gearbox after doping the addtive.
