摘要
人力资源管理取代传统的人事管理,已逐渐被社会接受并采纳。高等学校人的管理由传统的人事管理向人力资源管理转变是人事管理发展的必然趋势。要从转变人才管理观念、整合人力资源服务模式、完善激励机制和运用知识管理方法等方面入手,不断完善人力资源管理,使高校人力资源配置和开发绩效最大化。
It has been gradually accepted that human resources management is replacing the traditional personnel management. The trend is also inevitable for the personnel management. To improve the human resource management and maximize the existing staff, We can start from changing the concept of talent management, integrating human resources service pattern , improving the incentive mechanism and adopting knowledge management.
