摘要
以促进高职院发展为前提,教育信息化为切入点,现代HRM理论为指导,借助先进的Web技术,研究基于B/S与C/S结构相结合的高职院HRMS的设计与实现策略。在深入研究高职院HRM理论基础上,提出将校友资源纳入高职院HR的新观点,并将校友工作信息化作为系统开发的目标之一。
This thesis, directed by modem HRM theory, mainly explores the Web designs and approaching plans of Vocational Higher Education Institution （VHET） based on B/S and C/S model. The premise of the paper is to promote the VHET development and to fulfill education modernization. After vast amount of theoretical research on HRM in VHET, this thesis brings forward many new ideas, including bringing alumni resources into school HR, taking the informafionizafion of alumni affairs as one of the systematical development.
