摘要
系统概括了植物花药培养中的低温、高温和甘露醇等预处理方式和饥饿作用及其所引起的生理生化变化,总结了DNA、RNA、淀粉和蛋白质等生化物质变化规律以及花药因子和同工酶的表现特征。比较了花药培养单性生殖和其他生殖方式胚胎形成过程中的一些特点。以期更好地了解植物花药培养发生机制。
The physiological and chemical mechanics during plant anther culture process induced by high or low temperature, mannite pretreatment and starvation was reviewed. The change rules of DNA, RNA, starch, protein and the expression characters of anther factor and iso-enzyme were also summarized. The embryo formation characteristics of anther culture process such as parthenogenesis and other reproduce were compared.
