三江平原地区水土资源优化配置思路探讨

Discussion on Optimal Allocation of Land and Water Resources in Sanjiang Plain

从水土资源优化配置的概念和内涵出发,针对三江平原水土资源特点及利用中存在的问题,提出了三江平原地区水土资源优化配置的基本思路,并重视水资源的合理与高效利用,在大力发展农业的同时,切实地保护湿地,促进经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的同步提高。

Aiming at the water and land resources characteristics and the existed problems of Sanjiang plain, the basic thought was put forward from the concept and connotation on optimizing the allocation of land and water resources. More attention should be paid on reasonable and efficient utilization water resource. At the same time, some measures such as developing agriculture, protecting wetland, promoting economic benefit, social and ecological benefits were proposed.
