长三角地区农村基础设施的修建效率研究——以道路为例

Study on Construction Efficiency of Rural Infrastructure in Yangtze River Delta Area——A Case of the Road

调查研究以道路为典型的农村基础设施投资建设的决策机制、融资渠道、监管机制以及修建后效果,比较长三角地区不同地域之间农村基础设施的修建效率,为制定农村基础设施投资建设政策、公共财政政策以及基层政府的行政体制改革等提供决策参考。

Taking the road as an example, the decision-making mechanism, financing channel, supervisory mechanism and the infrastructure＇s effect of rural infrastructure were investigated and studied. The construction efficiency of rural infrastructure between different areas in Yangtze River Delta was compared. It provided the reference for the development of rural infrastructure construction investment policy, public finance policy and grass-roots government＇s administrative reform.
