Analysis on the Construction of Social Security System for Land-lost Peasant

农民的社会保障问题是当前社会关注的热点问题,直接关系到我国经济的发展和社会稳定以及我国市场经济体制的完善,解决该问题是全面建设小康社会的根本任务。针对我国失地农民社会保障的现状,探讨妥善解决失地农民社会保障问题的必要性,提出建立失地农民社会保障制度的设计构想。

Peasant＇s social security is the hot issue of the society at present. It directly related to Chinese economic development, social stability and the perfect of market economy system. To solve the problem was our basic task to construct comprehensive well-off society. According to the status of Chinese land-lost peasant＇ social security, the necessity of solving social security for land-lost peasant was discussed, and the design ideas of the construction of social security system for land-lost peasants finally was put forward.
