准分子激光角膜切削术与角膜原位磨镶术矫治近视的对比观察

The Observation of the Cure for Myopia with Excimer Laser Photorefractive Keratectomy and Excimer Laser in Situ Keratomileusis

126例、248只近视眼随机应用PRK或Lasik治疗，证明PRK对－6．00D以下的中、低度近视疗效肯定，Lasik对高、中、低度近视均有较好的治疗效果，且疗效持久、稳定、预测性强、术后病人无痛苦，并发症少，是目前最理想的角膜屈光不正矫正术。

The results obtained in 248 eyes of 126 patients who were treated with PRK or Lasik. It Proved that PRK is an effectual remedy for myopia below-6.00. But Lasik is better than PRK. Lasik is a good remedy for middle and high myopia and the effect is everlasting. It can be foreseed, and the patients have no pain,complication were rare and not severe. So it is the best method for myopia.
