585nm脉冲染料激光复合平阳霉素治疗草莓状血管瘤的评价

Clinical Study on Treating Strawberry Hemangioma with 585nm Pulsed Dye Laser and Pingyangmycin (PYM)

探讨了血管机配合平阳霉素治疗婴幼儿草莓状血管瘤的效果。使用进口SPTL－1b血管机，设定能量8．0～9．1J／cm2，按寿氏法［1］注射PYM，治疗间隔4～8周。所有病人经三次治疗痊愈，仅二例留有表浅疤痕。结论：SPTL－1b复合PYM在婴幼儿草莓状血管瘤治疗上有较好的临床效果。

It was to evaluate the SPTL-1b vascular laser combined PYM treating infant strawberry hemangioma (SH). SH patients were treated using the pulsed dye laser at 585nm, at fluences of 8.0-9.5 J/cm2, 4-8mg PYM were injected into the lumen of SH[1]. After 3 treatments, all patients had their SH cleared, and follow-up period was 6 months. Only two patients healed with superficial scar. It is obvious that SPTL-1b and PYM in treating infants SH showed a good therapeutic result.
