The construction of energy-saving and space-saving houses is the important content of current house industry modernization. The article addresses preliminary conception of building energy-saving and space-saving housing technology system from the fields of energy-saving, and space-saving, water-saving, material-saving and environmental protection, and proposes suggestions on how to evaluate energy-saving and space-saving housing technology and products.
