针刺合神经生长因子治疗小儿脑瘫的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with NGF on Compensation of Cerebral Function in the Children of Cerebral Palsy

目的:探讨针刺和神经生长因子对脑瘫患儿的脑功能代偿的促进作用。方法:将100例脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例)。治疗组采用头针(运动区、足运感区、平衡区)、体针(穴取臂、凤池、环跳、阳陵泉等)及神经生长因子足三里穴位注射,配合康复训练;对照组单纯用康复训练。观察两组临床疗效,做头颅CT、SPECT检查以观察病变恢复情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为84.0%,显著高于对照组的52.0%。治疗后发育商(DQ)治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:针刺合神经生长因子注射对小儿脑瘫的脑功能代偿有明显的促进作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect ofacnptmcmre with nerve growth factor（NGF） on rehabilitation of cerebral func- tion in the children of cerebral palsy. Methods One hundred children of cerebral palsy were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 50 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with scalp acupuncture at the Motor Area, Foot Motor Sensory Area and Equilibrium Area, body acupuncture at Binao（LI 14）, Fengchi（GB 20）, Huantiao（GB 30）, etc. and injection of NGF into Zusanli（ST 36）, in combination with rehabilitation training; the control group were treated only with rehabilitation training. Their clinical therapeutic effects and recoveries of brain lesion detected by CT, SEPCT were investigated. Results The total effective rate was 84.0% in the treatment group better than 52.0% of the control group. After treatment, the development quotient（DQ）in the treatment group was higher than the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture can promote compensation of cerebral function in the children of cerebral palsy.
