采用变频调速方式控制自动扶梯运行.使自动扶梯具备平稳启动,节能运行和检修运行功能。自动扶梯启动时.避免产生很大的启动电流:无人乘梯时,自动扶梯由额定运行速度转为低速运行.即节约了能源,减小了机械磨损,也为乘客明确了自动扶梯运行方向:自动扶梯检修时,检修运行功能保证了自动扶梯检修精度。这里.介绍了自动扶梯几种节能运行方式的对比情况和自动扶梯采用变频控制方式后的工作原理及实际应用。
By controlling the speed of escalator by frequency conversion, make it smooth starting, saving energy running and inspecting operation. When starting, avoid generating huge electric current. When nobody uses the escalator, it transfers from normal speed to low speed. Implement objectives of saving energy, minimize mechanical abrasion and at the same time showing the running direction to passenger. When the escalator is under over- haul,inspecting operation function ensures the precision. We introduce comparative figures of several saving energy operating methods and the theory and appliocation of frequency conversion control method.
