摘要
在碾压混凝土拱坝设计中,选择合理的分缝方案是改善坝体应力分布、保证大坝安全的关键技术问题。本文对万家口子碾压混凝土拱坝,根据碾压混凝土坝的实际成层浇筑过程和施工期的温度作用,通过三维有限元数值仿真计算,对设置8缝、10缝和不设缝情况下的坝体应力和位移分布规律进行分析和比较,并探讨了诱导缝的作用以及设置诱导缝的利弊。最后,确定了8缝方案为最优方案。计算结果表明,对坝体设置诱导缝可以有效的释放坝体应力。但坝体分缝条数不宜过多。
The reasonable joint-setting is vital to RCC arch dam for ameliorating the stress distribution of the dam and ensuring the safety. The stress and deformation distributions of the Wanjiakaozi RCC Dam, with maximum height 157m, for three joint-setting schemes considering the action of temperature load in the whole process .from construction to put into operation are calculated by means of 3-D FEM. The effectiveness of induced joint and its advantages and disadvantages are investigated. According to the comparison the scheme with 8 joints is selected as the best scheme. It is concluded that the induced joint is effective to release the stress of dam, but the amount of joints must be control in a suitable level.
