佛山科技人员信息素质水平的调查分析

An Investigation and Analysis of Scientific Workers' Informative Quality in Foshan

本课题组对佛山科技人员信息素质水平进行随机问卷调查,调查结果表明佛山科技人员总体的信息能力仍然局限在"信息—应用"的巢臼,尚未提升至"信息—创新"的层次,未能适应当今信息时代对科技人员的信息素质要求。文中借鉴美国科技协会制定的科技人员信息素质标准,提出了适合我国国情的相应标准。

Through the investigation and analysis of scientific workers＇ informative quality in Foshan, this paper concludes that scientific workers＇ informative quality in Foshan has still been confined to the idea of ＂information-application＂ and not been upgraded to the level of ＂information-innovation＂, and thus, not met the demand for informative quality of scientific workers in the information age. Based on the standards for scientific workers issued by the American Scientific Society, the paper proposes some practical standards that suit the conditions in China.
