摘要
针对盾构刀盘的结构特点,采用有限元分析软件 ANSYS 建立有限元计算模型,并对其进行了静力分析,得出了刀盘结构的位移、应力和应变云图,以及结构的强度薄弱环节,并据此提出了相应的修改方案;通过模态分析,得到了结构的前十阶模态的固有频率及相应振型。结果显示出刀盘各部分振动的强弱分布及抗振薄弱区,揭示了不同频率范围内结构振动模态的特性,为刀盘的动态响应分析提供必要的参考。
According to the structural characteristics of the shield cutterhead, the finite element calculating model is established and the static analysis is made on it by using ANSYS. The displacement, the stress, strain pattern and the weak link of the shield cutterhead are obtained and the corresponding improved schemes are put forward. Through the model analysis, the inherent frequencies and relevant vibration mode shapes of the first 10 order modes are obtained respectively. The results show the relative distribution of the vibration magnitude in the shield cutterhead and reveal the characteristics of modes in various frequency bands, which provides a necessary reference for dynamic response analysis of the cutterhead.
