电动挖掘机碳化铬堆焊复合板铲斗的研制

摘要 简要介绍了矿用电动挖掘机铲斗的磨损失效形式,碳化铬堆焊复合钢板的性能及特点。研制出了堆焊合金成分逐渐过渡的、结合强度高且耐磨性能好的铲斗衬板。经过装机试验,碳化铬堆焊复合钢板比原合金钢衬板提高使用寿命1倍以上。 This article introduces the failure mechanism of the mine bucket electric excavator and performance and characteristics of chromium carbide surfacing composite plate, and develops the bucket lining board with gradual-transition surfacing alloying composition, high bond strength and good wear-resisting property. After installation test, it is concluded that the service life of the chromium carbide surfacing composite plate is over twice that of the original alloy-steel lining board.
