摘要
飞轮是一种重要的储能元件,它可以用动能的形式把能量储存或释放出来,破碎机上安装的飞轮可使机器在高速和高强度的运转下保证运动的平稳性,减少机器的振动。利用 Matlab 的优化功能,寻求到最合适的飞轮转动惯量,使破碎机在稳定运转阶段其速度波动控制在允许的范围内,从而提高了破碎机的动力学性能以及整机使用寿命。
The flywheel is an important energy-storing part which can store or release energy in form of kinetic energy. The flywheel installed in the jaw crusher can make the crusher movement stable and reduce its vibration when it runs in high velocity and intensity. This paper explores the most appropriate flywheel rotational inertia by means of the optimal ~hnctions of Matlab to make the crusher velocity fluctuation controlled within the allowable range when it runs at stable stage, thus the dynamics performance and service life of the crusher are improved.
