New Development of Mine Vibrating Machinery

主要介绍了以筛分机械为代表的矿山振动机械的现状和发展趋势。分析比较了目前国内两种不同的筛分理论和代表机型,结合实例指出采用中(高)频、中幅的优点。从制造技术、分级和脱水筛所取得成就等方面展现了筛分机械所取得的新进展,为新技术、新产品的应用和创新拓宽了思路。

This paper mainly introduces the present situation and development trend of mine vibrating machinery represented by screening machines. Two different screening theories and representative models are analyzed and compared, then the advantages of mid-frequency （or high-frequency） and mid-amphtude are pointed out on the basis of an example. The new advances of sifting machines are shown from manufacturing technology and the achievements of sizing screen and dewatering screen in the paper, through which the thoughts of application and innovation of new technologies and new products are broaden.
