中医证候标准化研究概况

A brief survey of study on standardization of TCM symptom manifestations

系统回顾与学习2000年以来有关中医证候标准化研究的文献,以证候标准化研究流程为序,概述其获取辨证信息、建立辨证标准及检验辨证标准的主要研究方法,并分析其中利弊得失。指出:用数理统计方法研究中医证候的标准化,两者之间的适配性较差;用专业知识判断或修正数理统计结果,两者之间的把握度较难;用临床疗效验证辨证标准,两者之间的一致性较低。对目前的研究进行反省,正是为了争取早日建立科学的中医证候规范,从而为中医临床疗效的提高及其评价体系的建立做出贡献。

The literature about the research on the 2000 was reviewed and studied systemically. standardization of TCM syndrome manifestations since The main research methods of gaining syndrome differentiation information, establishing and validating syndrome differentiation criterion according to the research order were summarized, and then the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The adaptation of the standardization of TCM syndrome manifestations with mathematic-statistics method was poor; the control of judging and modifying the mathematic-statistics results with professional knowledge was difficult ; and the coherence of validating the syndrome manifestation criterion with curative effect was deficient. To reflect on the current researches was just for establishing scientific criterion of TCM syndrome manifestations as early as possible, and contributing the improvement of TCM curative effect and establishment of its evaluation system.
