摘要
运用文献资料调研、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法针对新疆中学教师亚健康状况及影响因素进行了调查。结果表明,新疆中学教师亚健康的现患率为69.57%。各族教师亚健康现患率依次为:维吾尔族、蒙古族、汉族、柯尔克孜族、哈萨克族、锡伯族。影响新疆中学教师亚健康主要因素有:心理因素、生活方式因素、压力因素、职业因素等。
Through using the method of literature, questiormaire and expert interview, this paper makes study on sub-healthy condition and influencing factors of middle school teacher in Xinjiang. The result shows that rate of suffering sub-healthy of teacher is 69.57%. The order of sub-healthy teacher from each minority is Uighur nationality, Moggol nationality, the Han nationality, Kirgiz nationality, Kazak nationality, Sibo nationality. The factors influencing teacher＇ s sub-healthy are mental factor, lifestyle; pressure and occupation.
