摘要
九十年代开始了通信、计算机和消费电子（３Ｃ）的三结合。文中介绍了这三者相结合的意义、对信息化社会的作用及其最新的进展。
Communications & computer have been combined with consumer electronics in the nineties.In this paper,we introduce the significance and roles of C & C & C to the information society,and give some new developments of the 3CS.
