This paper introduces the main contents of the reference books control area under the digital environment, which points out the related concept in this area and the importance of the reference books standard system construetion. With the change of information network of environmental, metadata function and the research of FRBR reference books data make the great progress. With the current situation of this area and the problems of the catalogue in our nation, this article also gives the solutions which develop the network information and cooperate with the other area organizations to carry out the service goals. 6 Refs.
