建设"省会经济圈"是实现合肥经济跨越式发展的战略之一,需要努力通过科学定位,以较高的目标制定建设规划;拓展产业支撑,增强辐射带动力;充分利用科教示范城优势,增强对周边地区的吸引力等措施,在建成"省会经济圈"的基础上逐步形成"江淮城市群",为争取进入国家创新型地区(省份)奠定良好的基础。

To build the provincial capital circle is one of our rapid economic development strategies. In the orientation of the scientific development, we manage to formulate the high standard developing plans, expand the industry support, and strengthen the radiation driving force. Through the manipulation of the advantage of Hefei City as the model City of science and education, we could attract more surrounding areas to join the provincial circle, then on the base of it to form the urban cluster of Jiang-Huai gradually to set a good foundation for joining in the national innovative region.
