On Construction of Campus Culture and Its Promotion of Standardizing Undergraduate Teaching—— Preliminary Research on Construction of Campus Culture in Hefei University

高校校园文化是高校师生所创造的全部物质形态与观念形态的文化总和。校园文化建设是全面实施素质教育的有效载体,应该在规范本科教学工作的同时,把本科教学评建工作放在大学文化的视野里,不断提炼、加工、升华成大家共有的文化理念,并持之以恒地发展下去,最终形成广大师生共同拥有的大学文化,从而形成长效的教学质量保障体系。

Campus culture, is the sum total of all cultures in both material and concept forms created by college teachers and students, and its construction is an effective way to carry out quality education. During the course of standardizing the undergraduate teaching affairs, we should first put these affairs into the view of university culture, and then refine, process and sublimate the cultural conception shared by all, hold on to develop it, finally form a culture of all staff and students in a university and form a long term effect security system of teaching quality.
