战略性矿产资源价格联动对国民经济的影响研究

Effects on the National Economy of the Strategic Mining Resource Price Co-movement

在分析影响战略性矿产资源价格的因素及其综合影响机理的基础上,探讨了其联动机制,进而以石油为例,用投入产出法计算了原油与成品油价格联动对国民经济各部门价格及总价格指数的影响。研究表明,由于石油在我国是非主要能源,原油及成品油价格变动对价格总水平影响不大,但因其替代性较弱,价格总水平上升的压力较大,政府应以积极的政策组合化解石油价格的上涨对经济的冲击。

The factors impacting the strategic mining resource prices and the comprehensive impact mechanism were analyzed. The co-movement mechanism was expounded. Taking oil as an example, is taken into the input-output the co-movement impact of the crude oil and finished oil prices on every sector and total price indices of the national economy were computed by input-output method. Results show that because oil is not the main energy in China, and the impact of price changes of crude oil and finished oil to total price level is not great, which concern worthy due to the weak substi-tutive trait is. The pressure of the total price level is raising, and the government should take the positive policy mix to deal with the impact form the oil price rising to the economy.
