浅析厦门农村基层党组织建设

Grass-root Rural Party Construction in Xiamen

通过对厦门农村基层党组织建设情况的分析,发现其存在着部分党员个体素质较差、执政理念不强和少数农村党员作风不正等问题,建议通过党员干部主体素质的提高、党的执政能力建设的加强、党的作风建设的改进等对策提高基层党组织的战斗力、执行力和影响力。

An analysis of the grass-root party organizations indicates that some Party members in the grassroot organizations are of low working quality, poor reigning pholosophy and dishonest work style. It is suggested that the enhancement of Party officials＇ work competence, executing power and work styles is important to improve the rallying power, executing power and influence of grass-root Party organization.
